Designed for freelancers, remote professionals, and power users, ProxyMe offers tools for automating routine workflows and simulating system activity via terminal-based interactions.

This is a one-time license—no subscription or recurring charges apply. However, the licensor reserves the unconditional right to revoke or terminate this license at any time. This clause allows flexibility and safeguards the licensor's rights regarding the software's usage and distribution.

By acquiring this license, you agree to these conditions and acknowledge the licensor's authority to discontinue access if necessary.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the product, all sales of ProxyMe are final. No refunds or exchanges are offered once access has been granted.

5. Disclaimer

ProxyMe is provided "as is" and makes no guarantees that it will meet your specific needs or run uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, any implied warranties, including those related to performance, profitability, or data integrity, are disclaimed. This agreement does not limit any legal rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

ProxyMe offers no express or implied warranties regarding the software's suitability, performance, or quality. The company shall not be held responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages—including but not limited to loss of revenue, contracts, or data—that arise from the use of the software. ProxyMe is not liable for any delays or failures caused by factors beyond its control. In all cases, the maximum liability of ProxyMe is strictly limited to the amount paid by you for the software. You agree to release ProxyMe from any claims exceeding this amount.

7. User Responsibility

ProxyMe assumes no responsibility for how users interact with or utilize the software's automation features. Users are solely responsible for the consequences of any actions carried out using ProxyMe.

8. Pricing Changes

As we continue to enhance ProxyMe and introduce new features, the purchase price may change. Promotional or discounted pricing offers are time-sensitive and are designed to give customers an opportunity to buy at the current rate before any potential increase.

9. Governing Law and Relationship

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Nothing in this agreement constitutes or implies any partnership, agency, or employment relationship between you and ProxyMe. You agree not to represent yourself as a ProxyMe agent or employee, and ProxyMe accepts no liability for any such representations, whether explicit or implied.
